Ordering & Customisation

Is there a minimum order quantity? Our minimum order starts at one roll, typically 25 to 50 metres.

What types of ribbon do you offer? We print on premium single-faced satin, double-faced satin, and grosgrain

What ribbon widths are available? Standard widths range from narrow 7mm options up to wide 100mm sash dimensions.

Can I print full-colour designs? Yes, we offer single-colour metallic foil printing and multi-colour CMYK printing.

Can you match my brand colours? We offer precise Pantone colour matching for large-volume custom orders.

Artwork & Design

What are the font size limits? We recommend keeping text above 6pt to prevent ink or foil bleeding.

What file formats do you accept? We require vector files (.AI, .EPS, or print-ready .PDF) for optimal sharpness.

Can I use high-resolution images? High-resolution .JPG or .PNG files work if the design is simple.

How is the design repeated? Your logo or text repeats at fixed, even intervals down the entire roll.

Can I see a proof before printing? We email a digital artwork proof for your approval before production starts.

Production & Shipping

Can I return custom ribbons? Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What is your turnaround time? Standard production takes 3 to 5 working days after artwork approval.

Do you offer express shipping? Yes, next-day courier delivery options are available at checkout.

Is the print waterproof? Our foil prints resist light splashing but are not meant for washing machines.

Do you provide discounts?

Our work is priced according to the amount of work and value we provide on delivery. Discounts aren’t necessary
